On 1st October 2017, a new Environmental Planning & Assessment Regulation came into effect meaning Annual Fire Safety Statement assessments must be carried out by a Competent Fire Safety Practitioner.

The Fire Protection Association of Australia (FPAA) are now launching a new Fire Safety Assessment (FSA) class of accreditation which recognises the competence of Fire Safety Practitioners.

This will provide building owners and property managers with greater clarity on how to identify a person or business who is competent to undertake fire safety inspections and issue Annual Fire Safety Statements.

By using a competent fire safety practitioner (CFSP)  you can have peace of mind that any work carried out is done so by someone who is appropriate skilled.

Fire Safe Australia & New Zealand are proud to be an FPAS accredited service provider.
